Innovationeer Projects

The Innovationeer Project is your final activity for the entire 6 week Innovationeer Business English course.

It is a mastery demonstration of you and your team's creation of something that does not now exist in the world. It is your project that creates it!

Your project has three specific attributes. It must be:

1.) Didactic (it teaches something)

2.) Aesthetic (it is beautiful to behold) and

3.) Psychological (it improves peoples' emotional lives)

The Innovationeer Project is built systematically over the six week course through a series of five activities that are developed by your team, culminating in a model of the project and a presentation to the class of your project.

As you complete and present each of the five activities and your project to the class, you post your personal impressions, opinions and observations onto this specific blog.

Feel free to embellish your blog post with pictures and anything else that will make your contribution memorable, unique and fun to read!

Creativity, spelling and grammar all count toward your evaluation, so you may wish to construct your reply on Microsoft Word first, perform a spell check and a grammar check and then paste your post onto the blog.

Be sure to write in the 'first person'.

Enjoy your Innovationeer Projects!

Best Regards,

The ICAL TEAM

It has 60 floors, with 5 basement floors, and is 248 meters (813 ft) tall, making it the 11th tallest building in New York City, the 40th tallest in the United States, and the 137th tallest building in the world.[1]

  93. Than some information for the building:
Trump World Tower is a residential skyscraper at 845 United Nations Plaza (First Avenue between 47th and 48th Streets) in Manhattan, New York City. Construction began in 1999 and concluded in 2001. Designed by Polish architect Marta Rudzka, the building is 262 meters high and has 72 constructed floors (but lists 90 stories on elevator panels) with curtain wall facades of dark, bronze-tinted glass. The resulting large windows allow for extensive views of the East River and midtown Manhattan. The building is constructed with concrete to improve its wind resistance.

Trump World Tower was the tallest building constructed in the western hemisphere between 1992 when Atlanta's Bank of America Plaza was finished and 2007 when the Comcast Center in Philadelphia and the New York Times Tower in New York were completed. It was the tallest all-residential tower in the world briefly, prior to the completion of the 21st Century Tower in Dubai (2003) and the Tower Palace Three in Seoul (2004).

Prior to construction, many neighbors, including Walter Cronkite, opposed the building due to its height and lack of distinguishing exterior features. Among the concerns was that this tower would dwarf the United Nations headquarters across the street.

The tallest of the handful of residential towers built by Donald Trump, it cost approximately $300 million to construct. Condo prices have relaxed to between $625,000 for a studio (there are only a small handful in the building) to $28,000,000+. The penthouse on the top 2 floors of the structure which totaled 20,000 square feet (1,858 m²) was priced at $58 million. This apartment, after failing to sell for years on end, was separated into four different units. Rentals from private owners are currently between $2800 and $3700 for studio units and $4600+ for 1 bedroom units (590-890 square feet).

In April 2006, an Asian fusion cuisine restaurant named Megu opened on the ground floor, which also houses a bar named The World Bar.
After that I take for nahaboor near my tower:

The Metropolitan Museum of Art, known colloquially as The Met, is an art museum located on the eastern edge of Central Park, along what is known as Museum Mile in New York City, USA. Its permanent collection contains more than two million works of art, divided into nineteen curatorial departments.[6] The main building, often referred to simply as "the Met", is one of the world's largest art galleries; there is also a much smaller second location in Upper Manhattan, at "The Cloisters", which features medieval art.[7]
Represented in the permanent collection are works of art from classical antiquity and Ancient Egypt, paintings and sculptures from nearly all the European masters, and an extensive collection of American and modern art. The Met also maintains extensive holdings of African, Asian, Oceanic, Byzantine, and Islamic art.[8] The museum is also home to encyclopedic collections of musical instruments, costumes and accessories, and antique weapons and armor from around the world.[9] A number of notable interiors, ranging from 1st century Rome through modern American design, are permanently installed in the Met's galleries.[10]
The Metropolitan Museum of Art was founded in 1870 by a group of American citizens. The founders included businessmen and financiers, as well as leading artists and thinkers of the day, who wanted to open a museum to bring art and art education to the American people.[2] It opened on February 20, 1872, and was originally located at 681 Fifth Avenue.[11]
As of 2007, the Met measures almost 1⁄4-mile (400 m) long and occupies more than 2,000,000 square feet (190,000 m2).[12]
